Barbara Stephan

Barbara Jean Stephan, age 61 of Scandia, Minnesota. After a 2 year battle with breast cancer, Barbara went home to Jesus on February 24, 2010. She was surrounded by her family and friends in the peace and comfort of her own home. Preceded in death by parents Willard & Lois Hamm. Survived by devoted husband Sydney of 41 years and children Michael (Kristin), David (Ellen), Catherine (Trent) Nickelson, Melody and fiancAC. Justin Daeley, Daniel, Andrew, five grandchildren and siblings Carol (Steve) Magadance, Dorothy (John) Meilinger, Elaine (David) Sheets and nieces, nephews and other family. Barbara's greatest achievement and joy was being a servant to all. Funeral service Sunday, February 28, 2010, 4:00 p.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 9300 Scandia Trail, N Forest Lake, MN.
