Barbara Winnick

Barbara J. Winnick, Loving Wife & Mother, age 77, of Forest Lake, died on June 13, 2015 after a brief battle with cancer. Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marilyn; sister-in-law, Barb; and beloved cat, Samantha. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Mel; sons, Dan and Scott; brothers, Jim (Janet) and Jerry Fernstrom; brothers-in-law, Jerry, Louis; sisters-in-law, Shirley, Marie, Joyce; and beloved cat, Mayko. Barb absolutely loved animals. She and Mel were able to enjoy 24 years of travelling in their motor home together. Memorial Service 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
