Bernice Zeleschnak

Bernice M. Zeleschnak, age 95, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died peacefully while surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 25, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Narcissus and Theresa (Mann) Wecker; son-in-law, Roald Steen; brother, Jerome Wecker; sister, June Zimmer. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her including her beloved husband of 70 years, Clarence; children, Dianne (Roger) Biever, Sandra Steen, Patrick (Rosalie) Zeleschnak, Joyce Zeleschnak, Mary Jo Zeleschnak; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Welter; sister-in-law, Geri Wilt; many nieces, nephews; family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at The Church of St. Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, with a Rosary Service at 7:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
