Beverly Dahlberg

Beverly J. Dahlberg, age 83 of Forest Lake formerly of St. Anthony, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Birchwood Health Care Center. Beverly Jean Dahlberg was born December 10, 1930 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Edwin and Burnett (Bassette) Youngstrom. Beverly was united in marriage to Robert Dahlberg on April 27, 1957 in Minneapolis at the Basilica of St. Mary. They made their home in South Minneapolis while they built their home in St. Anthony where they enjoyed many years together. Beverly was a bookkeeper for many years at Parts Midwest in Northeast Minneapolis where she made many friends. She loved to play 500, "going for a drive" and reading. Beverly is survived by her daughter Penny (Tom) Terry of Wyoming, MN; son Chris (Sharon) Dahlberg of St. Anthony, MN; granddaughter, Michelle (Jason) Grey of Minneapolis, MN; grandson, Nick (Amanda) Terry of Hudson, WI; great-grandchildren, Gilbert, Cordelia, Abby and Kaylee. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2009. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 4:00-7:00 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake with a rosary service starting at 4:00 pm. Interment will be held at 10:05 am on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
