Carl "Jim" Collen, age 73, of Coon Lake, died April 27, 2008
Preceded in death by sisters, Gertrude, Ethel, Dorothy, Marie; brothers, Stan, Ray, and Les.
He is survived by his sisters, Irene (Mylo) Lundquist, Marlene and Janet Collen; brother, Richard; brother-in-law, Lou Saenger; many nieces and nephews; and special comforter, "Max" the cat.
Jim retired from IBM as a field manager.
Memorial Service 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service. Private family interment. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or donor's choice.
