Carolyn Proulx

Carolyn Mae Proulx, age 85 of Columbus, died peacefully, Monday, February 16, 2009 surrounded by three generations of her loving family.  She is preceded in death by her husband Andrew; daughters, Judith, Candace; great granddaughter Hailee. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her including her children, Lee (Shelia), Vicki (George) Mickelsen, Janet (Ron) Taylor, Shari (Harley) Carlson, Lori (Ron) Fraley, Jeff (Carolyn); grandchildren, Dierdre (Mike) Struve, Ben Olson, Heather (Mike) Abrahamson, Heidi (Chad) LaMeyer, Leah (Brian) Funkhouser, Jennifer (Lorin) Demulling, Jocelyn Mickelsen, Jessica Mickelsen, Jacob (Brook) Randall, Amy Taylor, Jesse Taylor, Sarah (Jack) Esget, Katie Carlson, Sean (Jaime Kane) Fraley, Molly (Josh Law) Fraley, Andrew Proulx, Alex Proulx; fifteen great grandchildren; siblings, Cynthia (Doug) Anderson, Elmer (Ethel) Crohn.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 22, 2009 at Zion Lutheran Church, 28005 Old Towne Road, Chisago City. Visitation will be 2:00-6:00 p.m., Saturday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to the service at the church. Private family interment at Oak Park Cemetery.
