Corrie Hockensmith

Corrie Patrick Hockensmith, age 50 Corrie would be the first to say that the details of his life were quite inconsequential, pretty standard really, but he was far from inconsequential or standard to the family and friends he has left behind. His mother Joyce Hockensmith who brought him into this world. His sister Penny Larson who brought Mike into his world. His sister Debbie McJames and her husband Dave who brought Shane (Sarah), Keegan (Elli) and Kyle (Amy) into his world and who in turn brought Corrie's beloved minions Bergen, Tierney, Kordell, Finnegan and Beckett into his world. Corrie loved the Minnesota Twins, all genres of music (except that damn disco), his Facebook friends, and Ann Drechsel, not necessarily in that order. He had a huge heart, an inscrutable laugh, an aversion to socks with no holes, a hatred of tomatoes and bananas, and a penchant for making us laugh! He will be missed. Corrie's Remembrance Jamboree will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014, starting at 4:00 p.m., at 4348 316th Lane, Stacy. Everyone's welcome. Tie-dye attire encouraged.
