Dale Lundgren

Dale R. Lundgren, age 87, of Chisago City, Minnesota went to meet his Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 8, 2022.  Dale was born April 26, 1935, in Princeton, Minnesota the son of Raymond and Marion Doris (Thompson) Lundgren.  Dale was an accomplished Gospel singer throughout his life where he provided Sermon in Song and was Director of Wings Outreach. He traveled the country with his wife Marlene and children Robyn and Steve to perform Gospel concerts for various events. He lived his life for the Lord and developed a deep passion to study, teach, and live by The Word of God. His Faith was a true testament to his commitment of accepting Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Steven; great grandson, Bennett; brothers, Timothy and Keith. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Marlene; daughter, Robyn Jochum; grandchildren, Luke and Jordan Jochunm Missy (Sky Buske) Lundgren, Mike (Lisa Blume) Lundgren; great grandchildren, Aby, Jameson, Natalee, Noah, Norah; other family and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 am on June 9th at First Evangelical Free Church, 2696 Hazelwood Street, Maplewood.  The family will greet friends for an hour prior to the service at the church.  Private interment at Stanchfield Baptist Cemetery, Stanchfield, Minnesota. In Lieu of flowers donations are preferred to Wings Outreach and memorials are preferred to his wife, Marlene.
