Darrel Pearson

Darrel Neal Pearson, age 85, of Cedar, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2017. After honorably serving in the U.S. Army, Darrel attended Dunwoody Institute and had a 40 year career as an electrician. He loved Jesus, fishing, hunting, and his family. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 54 years, Helen Marie; parents, Al and Blanche Pearson. Survived by children, Heidi (Bruce) Wyatt; Darren (Stephanie); grandchildren, Marrta (Tanner), Sarah, Laura, Sven; many other relatives and dear friends. Funeral Services 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 19001 Jackson Street NE, East Bethel. Visitation 4-8 p.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue 10-11 a.m., Friday at the church. Interment at Our Saviour's Lutheran Cemetery, Ham Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.
