David Kevin Thomas, age 49, of Forest Lake, died unexpectedly February 23, 2012. He is survived by his sister, April Crosby; brother, Mark; niece, Misty Watkins; nephews, Matthew Thomas, Jason (Carissa) Crosby, Jacob Crosby; great nephews, Blake, Cole, Caleb, Luke, John, A.J.; sons, Kevin, Shaun, and Ryan. Funeral Service 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 16, 2012 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment at St. Michael's Cemetery, Bayport.
