David Tullis

David Charles Tullis, age 58, of Stacy, earned his wings on Sept. 12, 2016. Preceded in death by father, Ralph Fox; wife, Lynn; brother, Paul; grandparents, Martin F. & Rita A. Schempf. Survived by his mother, Dorothy Fox; siblings, Ralph Fox III, Janet (Mike) Fishback, Trisha (Scott) Wehr, Carla Lassen, Karen Holmes; dear friends, Steve & Kelly Clitty; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Memorial Service 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 at Maranatha Assembly of God, 24799 Forest Blvd., Forest Lake. Visitation 10:30-11:30 a.m. Luncheon to follow (Dave's favorite meal). Memorials may be made to the family for later designation. Graveside Services for Mr. Tullis will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 21, 2016 at Mulhearn Memorial Park, 623 US-80, Monroe, LA.
