Delena Moore

Delena Kathryn Moore, passed away, February 4, 2015 at the Birchwood Health Care Center, Forest Lake, Minnesota. Delena was born to George Henry Moore and Jewell Evelyn Moore on April 5, 1933 in Dardanelle, Arkansas. She grew up in Dardanelle and later moved to Topeka, Kansas; where she remained through her adult life. She has one son, Benny Ray Moore. She was married twice; first to Charles Kelly, they later divorced, and later married to Bruce Johnston, they also divorced. She moved to Forest Lake, Minnesota in 2010 to be closer to her sister, Betty and her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jessie, Charles, Harold; sister-in-law, Laura; nephews, Randy Moore John Smith; niece, Jacklyn K. Smith. She is survived by her sisters, Lucille Ellison, Betty Dawley; several nieces, nephews. Graveside Services will be held at the New Hope Baptist Cemetery at a later date.
