Dennis Beimert

Dennis George Beimert, age 65, a 34 year resident of Forest Lake died suddenly on August 27, 2011, peacefully, while surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones. Preceded in death by parents, George and Lorraine Beimert. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Berdie Karen; children, Sandra Clasen, George (Wendy), Douglas (Lisa); granddaughters, Brittany, Danielle, Karissa Crouse, Kaitlyn, Lindsie, Cara, Miranda, Chloe Beimert; grandson Justin Beimert; 10 brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. After 30 years, Dennis retired from Ford Motor Co., where he was a Behr Operator. He proudly served with the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. Funeral Services 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, with 4:30 p.m. ritual service accorded by American Legion Post 225 at Mattson Funeral Home. Visitation will continue one hour prior to service Thursday. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
