Dennis Munson

Dennis L. Munson, age 78 of Linwood Twp., passed away unexpectedly on May 28, 2017. Denny was a U.S. Navy Veteran 1960-1963, and proudly served aboard the U.S.S. Sequoia, the Secretary of the Navy's yacht. He was a successful salesman for his entire career. Preceded in death by parents; son-in-law, Bob Jackson; and brother-in-law, Harlan Quamme. Denny is survived by his loving wife of 52 ½ years, Norma; children, Mark (Susan), MaiLee Jackson, David (Lisa), SueLynn; grandchildren, Cody Jackson, Michael, Grace and Eliana Munson; siblings, Dale (Kay), Diane (Reuben) Ristrom, MaryBeth; and his beloved dogs, Snuffy and Lita. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 19001 Jackson St. NE., East Bethel. Visitation 6-9 p.m., Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m., Thursday at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America.
