Donald Jarvis Sr.

Donald E. Jarvis Sr., age 77 of North Branch, Minnesota, died tragically on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.  Don loved hunting, fishing and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.  He will be remembered as a kind and gentle man who famously made incredible biscuits and gravy.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Hazel (Keffer) Jarvis Sr; wife, Susan Jarvis; brothers, Bill Jarvis, Joe Jarvis Jr.  He will be deeply missed by his beloved children, Danny (Sue Schroeder) Zinski, Jodi (Donny) Bauer, Don (Jill) Jarvis Jr., Sherry Jarvis, Tammy (Chuck II) Kreitz, Misty Scott; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Gordon (Nancy) Jarvis, Lawrence (Linda) Jarvis, David Jarvis, Jerry (Becky) Jarvis, Janet Oaks; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Celebration of His Life will begin at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the American Legion Post 85, 6439 Elm Street, North Branch, Minnesota. Cards of condolence may by directed to the family in care of Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota 55025
