Donna Mae Stoddard was born April 6th, 1933 in Minneapolis, and grew up in St Paul, Minnesota. Donna married Walter Scott on November 2, 1949 in Illinois and later moved to Ham Lake, MN where Donna raised their 9 children. Donna is preceded in death by husbands, Walter Scott and Cliff Stoddard; sons, Jim Scott & Wally Scott and son-in-law, Tom Wawers & step-daughter, Lorrie Stoddard. She is survived by children, Ken Scott, Carol Wawers, George (Cindy) Scott, Mike (Tina) Scott, Sue (Jerry) Fitzpatrick, Bob Scott, Elaine (Jim) Curley; daughter-in-law, Barb Scott; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Donna was a dedicated member of Hope Free Lutheran Church for nearly 60 years. Other than the time she lived in Grand Rapids, there was rarely a Sunday she wasn't in the congregation at Hope. She enjoyed decorating cakes in her younger years and always found joy in learning new crafts. She loved going camping with her church friends and children & grandkids. Her family looked forward to homemade Christmas gifts every year and will cherish those handmade items always. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 5th, 2023 at Hope Free Lutheran Church, 18323 Lexington Avenue NE, Wyoming, Minnesota with visitation starting at 9:00 a.m. A luncheon to follow. Interment at 2:00 p.m., at Union Cemetery, Maplewood, Minnesota.
