Dorothy Bluhm

Dorothy M. Bluhm, age 89 of Forest Lake, died peacefully while surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Birchwood Health Care Center. Dorothy was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend who enjoyed spending time with her family. When the family was together, they enjoyed being on the pontoon, playing cards and creating memories. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Ernestine Deubler; husband, Willard; son-in-law, Ron Opdahl; grandson, Sean Bluhm; brother, Hilbert Deubler. She is survived by her children, Joyce (Jim) Hoium, Linda Opdahl, Vernon (Carol) Bluhm, Roger (Julie) Bluhm, Darla (Anthony) Daher; sixteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; other family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
