Dorothy Chalupsky

Dorothy M. Chalupsky, Age 89 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, Formerly Linwood, Minnesota was welcomed by her Lord and Savior June 14, 2012. Dorothy was a member and volunteer at Linwood Covenant Church and volunteer at Fairview Lakes Hospital. She also started and oversaw the Linwood Community food shelf. She is preceded in death by her husband, John; sister, Antoinette; Great-Granddaughters, Elianna & Lauren Tye; Grandson, Scott Miller and son, Lloyd Chalupsky. Survived by children: Lynda (Marvin) Bontrager , Marie (Tom) Grezek, Jacqueline (Arnold) Miller, William (Diane) Chalupsky; 15 grandchildren; many Great-Grandchildren; friends and family. Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, June 25, 2012 at Linwood Convenant Church, 6565 Viking Boulevard Northeast Wyoming, MN 55092. Visitation will begin at 4:00 pm until time of service at the church.
