Survived by mother, Linda (Jimmy) Allen, Forest Lake; father, DuWayne, Brooklyn Park; brothers, Jason, St. Paul , Collin and Raylin, Forest Lake; paternal grandparents, DuWayne and Doris Grussendorf, Mpls; maternal grandmother, Marion Nelson, Frederick, WI; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Memorial Service 1 pm Wednesday at Maranatha Assembly of God Church, Forest Lake. Visitation 1 hour prior to service at church on Wednesday. Private family interment.Mattson Funeral Home651-464-3556
