Edward Anderson

Edward "Sonny" Anderson, age 84 of Wyoming, Minnesota, died while surrounded by his family on Friday, March 4, 2011. Ed was a longtime teacher with South Saint Paul Schools. He was also a professional musician and a member of the Musician Union. Ed proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Estelle; son, Brian; two infant children; sister, Karen Anderson. He will be dearly missed by his devoted wife of 60 years, Joyce; children, David Anderson and his wife Leanne, Lisa Anderson Cunningham; grandchildren, Madeline and Michael Anderson. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2011 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake; continuing one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, Minnesota.
