Edward Eli Locke, age 66, of Scandia, died from cancer on June 18, 2007.
Preceded in death by his parents, Sam & Lucille; brothers, Wallace Hillman and Fred Locke.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Margie; children, John (Roberta), Christine, Mallory (Mike) Merchlewitz, Jason (Sara), David; grandchildren, Holland, Madison, Sam, Evan, Hailey, Alayna; special nephew, Bill Huard; wonderful brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Dick & Karen Field; brothers, Larry (Chris), Tom (Geri), John (Sherrie); sisters, Darlene (Maurice) Huard, Cecelia (Paul) Anderson; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hillman and Anna Marie Locke; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ed was a plan examiner for the City of St. Paul and building official for Dellwood and Willernie. He was a US Air Force Veteran.
Ed was a member of the Forest Lake Lions, American Legion and I.C.B.O.

Gathering of family and friends 12:00 pm until the 1:00 pm memorial service Friday, June 22, 2007 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 31095 Genesis Ave., Stacy. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service at the church. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
