Eleanor Peterson

Eleanor Peterson,age 91 of Blaine, Minnesota,

passed away peacefully, September 6, 2009.

She is preceded in death by husband Otto Peterson; siblings, Ray Bergerson, Willard Bergerson, Lois Strand.  She is survived by daughters, Nancy Peterson, Norma (Lawford Baxter) Peterson, Jane (Michael) O’Brien, Ruth (Rod) O’Brien, Roberta (Walter) Leu, Elaine (Chris) Lee, grandchildren, Peter, Rory, Joe, Elspeth, Marie, Hannah, John, Hugh, Trevor, Anne, Joanna, Tom, Elise, numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 10, 2009 at Coon Lake Senior Center, 182 Forest Road, East Bethel Center (service will be held outside, with casual attire requested, please bring a lawn chair). The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Eleanor had requested those attending her funeral to bring a bouquet of flowers from their own garden to celebrate her love for gardening.
