Eleanor Walton

Eleanor Hazel (Larson) Walton, of Chisago City, Minnesota, passed away on Nov. 5, 2021, at the age of 101, with family by her side.  Eleanor was a teacher and a bookkeeper but above all else she was a kind, loving and supportive mother, aunt, wife, and sister.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hans and Eda; husband, Fred; brother, Lloyd; and sister, Evelyn.  Survived by daughter, Nancy; son, Michael (Sandi); daughter, Lynn (Toni) Scaturro-Walton; grandchildren, Jay, Sean; and many more family members and friends.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Edgewood of Blaine and Allina Hospice.

The family will be greeting friends from 4-6 PM, on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, AT Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  Private Family Interment at Lakewood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Eleanor, who loved all dogs and cats in her lifetime, requested memorial donations to Northwoods Humane Society in Wyoming, Minnesota.
