Elsie Hallberg

Elsie L. Hallberg, age 79 of Forest Lake, died August 4, 2009. Elsie was a devoted Christian who will be remembered as a kind and dear woman who gave of selflessly gave of herself. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Emily (Christin) Thober; husband Melbourne; siblings, Water, Edwin, Arnold, Annette, Claire, Adeline, Lillian. She is survived by her daughters, Diane (Larry) Brastad, Jacqueline (Tom) Molloy, grandsons, Brian and Jason Brastad; seven great grandchildren; siblings, Arthur (Carol) Thober, Richard Thober; other family and friends.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Interment was held at Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery, Ham Lake. Memorials are preferred to the family.
