Elsie Houfer

Elsie M. Houfer, age 89 of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully June 1, 2016 at home with family and friends by her side. Preceded in death by husband, Marlin "Bud"; brother, Lloyd. Survived by children, James (Cheryl), Marlene (Richard); grandchildren, Margo Peterson, Dannell (John) Nordstrom, Dietrich Peterson, Jason (Emily) Houfer, Kel (Sarah) Houfer, Robert Houfer; and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial service 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Dr., Forest Lake. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment at Oak Park Cemetery.
