died, Thursday, March 1, 2007

Floyd and his brother Kenneth owned and operated Miller Brothers Construction where Floyd worked as a carpenter contractor. Floyd was a devoted member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church in Lino Lakes and a lifetime member of VFW Post 6583 Circle Lex and American Legion Post 225, Forest Lake.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Martha (Dreier) Miller; brother Kenneth. He will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him including his beloved wife of 61 years June; children, Sheryl (Robert Schilling) Miller, Bradley (Margaret) Miller, Kim (Ron) Lange; five grandchildren; siblings, Mildred Brandt, Eileen Howell.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at Gethsemane United Methodist Church, 7330 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m., Monday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial at Rice Lake Cemetery.
