Galen Dahlberg Sr.

Galen Dahlberg Sr., age 79, of Lindstrom, passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2020.

Galen was known for being a hard worker.  When he wasn’t working, he was cutting wood, working on cars or building fish houses when the kids were growing up. He enjoyed fishing, winter and summer.  After retiring he would be found at the St. Croix flee marketing and spending time with grandkids and great grandchild.  Galen proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1963–1965, during the Vietnam Era.  He was a man that was willing to help anyone who needed it.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Irene Dahlberg; siblings, Delora Hibbard, Alma Dahlberg, Eunice Forsell, Aaron Dahlberg, and Carl Dahlberg.  Survived by children, Kristie Curtis Dahlberg, Galen Dahlberg Jr.; grandchildren, CaSondra Curtis, Charlea (Andy) Sutcliffe, Charles LeTourneau; great grandchildren, Arianna, Kennady, Bryson; siblings, Bruce (Joyce) Dahlberg, Janice Hansen, Thomas (Betty) Dahlberg; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
