Gary Johnson

Gary Johnson, age 66, of Forest Lake, Minnesota passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013. Gary was born August 27, 1947 in Willmar, Minnesota to George and Jane (Halvorson) Johnson. Gary proudly served his country in the United States Army. He will be missed by his wife, Lorrita "Rita"; daughter, Britta; four legged buddy "Missy"; mother, Jane Johnson; siblings Gregg (Susan) Johnson, Jolin (Anthony) Barilla; several nieces, nephews and other extended family. He is preceded in death by his father, George Johnson. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 N. Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN and continue one hour prior to services at the church. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 9300 Scandia Trail, Forest Lake, Minnesota. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Willmar, Minnesota.
