Georgia Alver

Georgia Lou (Crawford) Alver, age 87, of Forest Lake, passed away Dec. 8th, surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by husband, Duane; son, David; daughter, Barbara; siblings, Jack, Robert, Barbara. Survived by son, Craig; grandchildren, Micah (Heather), Cory, Georgia (Demetrius), Samantha (Ryan); great grandchildren, David, James, Micah, Katherine, and Zoey. Georgia was always helping others in need. She has touched the life of anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Everyone will remember Georgia's generosity and loyalty. We will not be sad, but we will celebrate the life of Georgia and the impact she has left on all of us. Memorial Service 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015 at American Legion Post 255, 355 W. Broadway Ave., Forest Lake. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred.
