Jewett, Gerald R. ''Jerry'' age 68 of Forest Lake formerly, Atteboro, MA died May 26, 2003. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence & Agnes Jewett and one brother Dallas. He is survived by his children Deborah (James) Bergeron, Wayne Jewett, Penny (Russell) Kuffrey, Gerald (Winifred) Jewett, Tracy (Mark) Rollins and Justin (Laurie) Brashier; sister Lourell (Larry) Theede; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
