Glenn D. Del Giudice

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Del Giudice, age 68, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, on Friday, December 23, 2022. Glenn was a loving father and friend to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his three children, Caitlin (Michael) Louden, Mikaela Del Giudice, and Nick Del Giudice.

Glenn was a dedicated and respected member of the academic community, serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota and as a Wildlife Research Biologist for the Minnesota DNR. He was passionate about his research and exploring the natural world, and he often spent his weekends writing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. 

It was Glenn’s kindness, strength, and warmth that truly set him apart. He was known for his compassionate nature and his ability to make those around him feel loved and supported. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.

A celebration of Glenn’s life will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2022, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Glenn’s memory towards a scholarship in his name, which will be established at a later date.  Donations may be directed to https://gofund.me/c6c2fe28
