Harlan Jelmberg

Harlan L. Jelmberg, age 73, of Columbus, went to be with his Lord and Savior, while surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 21, 2011. Harlan was employed as a custodian with the Forest Lake School District for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Garrett and May; daughter, Tori; other family. He will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him including his beloved wife, Nancy; children, Dallas (Patty) Jelmberg, Amber (Jay) Poffenberger; grandchildren, Greg (Katie) Jelmberg, Steve Jelmberg, Tracey Jelmberg, Ashley Jelmberg, Mae Poffenberger, Kelli Poffenberger, Timothy Poffenberger, Erik Poffenberger, Alex Muhich, Amanda Muhich; great granddaughter, Liliana Fruen. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Crossroads Evangelical Covenant Church, 17445 Notre Dame Street, Forest Lake. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake; continuing one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Scandinavian Cemetery.
