Harlan Krinke

Harlan L. Krinke, age 80, of Marine on St. Croix, died peacefully after complications from organ failure on November 25, 2013, on what would be he and his beloved wife, Dorothy's 56th wedding anniversary. Some say he died of a broken heart. Harlan is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Dawn (Mark) McGinley and Tara (Chris) Thompson; two sons, Wade (MaryLou) Krinke and Chad (Mara) Krinke; one brother, David (Bonnie) Krinke; nine grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends and more stories and legends than you could count. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Christ Lutheran Church, 150 5th Street, Marine on St. Croix. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Friday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Family will greet friends one hour prior to service at church. Private interment at Oakland Cemetery, Marine on St. Croix.
