Helen Beimert

Helen Marie Beimert, age 86, of Forest Lake, Minnesota. She peacefully joined her Lord and Savior on September 8, 2014. Meeting her in heaven will be her parents; husband, Roman; great granddaughter, Danielle Anderson; great grandson Josiah Beimert; son, Greg Becker; siblings Mildred and Doris. She is survived by her children, Steve (Patty), Arlene, Chuck (Tracie), Jim (Nancy), Tim (Kris), Joe, Kathy (Tom), and Dorothy; roommate and granddaughter dearest to her heart, Angilee Beimert; grandchildren and great- grandchildren, too numerous to mention. Also surviving her are the many special people she "adopted" –you know who you are. Helen was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post # 225 and VFW. She worked at Moto Mart in Forest Lake for many years after her retirement. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 12, 2014 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake; and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake.
