Howard DDS

Howard M. Tender, D.D.S.age 87 of Forest Lake, formerly of Robbinsdale, died December 28, 2008 at Birchwood Health Care Center. Howard proudly served his country in the United States Army and is a World War II Veteran. Howard was a longtime practicing dentist in North Minneapolis. He was a member of the Sons of Norway. Howard is preceded in death by his wife Jacquelyn, sister Pearl Mihalko. Survived by children, Christy Diane DeWitt, Richard (Kathy) Tender; grandson Christopher DeWitt; sister Annette Traub; several nieces, nephews and other extended family. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home and one hour prior to service.  Interment at Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis.
