Irene Anderson

Irene E. Anderson, age 88, of Chisago City, passed away October 4, 2010. She is preceded in death by husband Herbert; brother Calvin Cakebread; sisters, Iva Osborne and Opal Durr. Survived by her children, Ruth (George) Yaple, Dale H. (Sandy) Anderson, James P. (Nancy) Anderson; grandchildren Kelly Shogren, Lori Russell, Maureen Schroeder, Cheri Hurst, Rob Meizo, Brent Anderson, Mindy Anderson, Sara Waddle; eleven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; brother Melvin Cakebread; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Friday, October 8, 2010 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive. Visitation will be 5:00- 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 7, 2010, and one hour prior to the funeral on Friday at the funeral home. Interment at Chisago Memorial Park.
