Irene Leroux

age 96, of Hugo, died on September 10, 2009

Preceded in death by parents, Joseph & Philomene Proulx; husband Joseph; daughter Mildred Schilz; son Eugene; 14 brothers and sisters; grandson Peter Leroux; great granddaughters Nicole, Robin and Lily.

Irene was a loving mother, homemaker, and deeply dedicated family woman. She will be sadly missed by her son James (Jane); sister June Husnik; twenty-four grandchildren; sixty-four great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Monday, September 14, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 14383 Forest Blvd. North, Hugo. Visitation 4-7 PM, Sunday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue one hour prior to mass on Monday at church. Interment in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
