He is survived by his dad and step-mom, James Juelich (Sherry Carpenter); mom and step-dad, Brenda & Andy Sandoval; brother, Joshua (Cheryl); step-brothers, Ben & Ivan Sandoval, half-brother, Chad (Leann) Jeffers; grandparents, Don & Joyce Juelich, Betty Mitchell, Ken Mitchell, Joe (Marion) Patzner; nephew, Austin Juelich; nieces, Renae Juelich, Ariana Jeffers; aunts, Robin (Frank) Shima, Shari (Rick) Bauer, Debbie (Clyde) Gumbert; uncles, Jeff (Linda) Juelich, Dan Juelich, Donny (Jennifer) Juelich, Dan (Patty) Patzner, Rick Martin; and many cousins and friends.
Jake loved hunting with the family, working on guns with his dad; motorcylces and collecting model cars & swords.
Memorial service 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 5879 Wyoming Trail, Wyoming. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service.
Graveside service 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at Sunrise Cemetery, North Branch.
