James "Jim" Jackson, age 84, of Scandia, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a longtime employee of Andersen Windows. He is preceded in death by parents, Arnold and Mildred; brothers, Thomas and
Devon. He is survived by loving wife, Janet; children, Patti Jo (Matt) Hankes, Thomas (Michele) Jackson, Barbara (Jeff) VanGuilder; grandchildren, Michael VanGuilder, Alison VanGuilder, Joseph Hankes, Jessica Hankes,
Andrew Jackson, Nick Jackson, Alex Jackson; great grandchild, Harley Jackson; brother, John (Carolyn) Jackson; many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation will be at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake from 2 to 4 PM on Sunday, October 29. Funeral will at 11 AM on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Elim Lutheran Church, 20971 Olinda Trail North, Scandia, visitation one hour prior to service. Interment at Elim Lutheran Cemetery, Scandia.
