James Richter

James H. Richter, age 80, of New Ulm, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2016. He was born on March 8, 1936 to Alex and Loretta (Brueske) Richter in New Ulm. Jim was a longtime employee of Honeywell and served in the United States Army. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Loretta; and brother, Alex Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marlene; sons, Brian and Telly; daughter, Wendy Wolfe; granddaughter, Maria Plattner; and grandson, Alex Swanson. Memorial Service 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 1400 South State Street, New Ulm. Gathering of Family and Friends 10-11 a.m. Interment at New Ulm City Cemetery.
