Jane Carlson

Jane Theodora Carlson, age 66, passed away on March 8, 2017, after an extended battle with renal disease. She was born on February 25, 1951 to Mary and Vern Carlson, in Forest Lake, MN. Jane is survived by sisters, Connie Grauds and Mary Ward; and nephew, Charlie Ward. Jane loved her days growing up on the lake and often reminisced about boating to Willow Point Resort, snowmobiling, and excursions to the Minnesota State Fair. Her positive attitude toward life and love of animals was an inspiration to family and friends. The family wishes to thank staff and friends at Linnea Residence and the Chisago Lakes Achievement Center for their compassionate care and support. An Informal Gathering will be from 12:00-2:00 p.m., Monday, March 13, 2017 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Private interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake.
