Jeanette Marie Sampson

Jeanette Marie Sampson, age 55, of Forest Lake, passed away on October 6, 2022.

She was born on September 10, 1967, to Carol and Rick Skees in St. Paul, Minnesota.  Jeanette married Randall Sampson in September of 1991.  She went on to startup her own store called Crafters Boutique.  She loved crafting, sewing and inventing.  Jeanette enjoyed writing poetry and is a three-time publisher.  Her poems can be found in the National Library of Poetry.  She was a proud wife; a loving mother and she cherished her grandchildren. Jeanette held her faith in Jesus Christ close to her heart and was never ashamed of her faith.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol Skees.  She will be deeply missed by her husband, Randy; daughter, Pamela “Pam”; son, Nicholas “Nick” (Katelyn Moore); grandchildren, James, Harper, Luna, Gabe, Jesse, Melody; brother, Tony Johnson; and niece, Ann Johnson.

A memorial service will be held at 4 PM, on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  The family will be greeting friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Interment at Oak Park Cemetery.
