died, Wednesday, 3/19/2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Julie. She is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years John; children, Cathy Murphy, Steven (Sheryl) Slaughter, Mary(Jerry) Dick, Susan Wegscheider, seven grandchildren; sister Margaret ?Peg? (Jim) Reed.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church, 13060 Lake Blvd, Lindstrom. The family will greet friends 4:00-8:00 p.m., Monday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one half hour prior to mass at the church. Private family interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the American Cancer Society.
