Jeffrey Scott Carlson

Jeffrey “Jeff” Scott Carlson, age 65, of Linwood Township, MN, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2024.

Jeff was born to Robert and Mary Carlson on March 15, 1959, in St. Paul, MN. He had a passion for music that led him to a career as a music teacher. He devoted his life to worshipping the Lord through music. Jeff enjoyed music, teaching, cooking, gardening and fishing. He loved spending time with his cats, family, and friends.

He is survived by wife, Loretta; daughters, Mary Carlson (Nick Bernier), Anna Carlson (Robby Swinson); mother, Mary Carlson DeMarre; brothers, Dan Carlson (Susan Lewis), and Peter Carlson (Wendy Reinhard); sister, Laura Carlson. 

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 31075 Genesis Avenue, Stacy, Minnesota. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial at Linwood Cemetery.
