Jennifer Ehnstrom

Jennifer was taken from her family way too soon. She was just starting to enjoy her life. She was planning on starting a new semester in college; she wanted to be a paralegal. She loved her job at Holiday Station in Forest Lake. She loved working with all her coworkers, especially her friend, Jake. She loved to sing karaoke whenever she had a chance. Her favorite song was Crazy by Patsy Cline. She is preceded in death by her uncle, Bernie Goebel; cousin, Bernie Jr.; adopted uncle, Fred Larson; cousin, Josh Berg. She is survived by her parents, Jeff and Roxanne Ehnstrom; brother, Mark; grandparents, Nicholas and Laura Mendez; special uncle, Nick; special aunt, Neta; many more uncles, Larry and Ray; aunt, June; cousins and friends; her beloved pets, Duke, Tila and Baby. She will be missed and loved by all. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends for two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
