Jeremiah Tate

Jeremiah Lee Tate, Beloved Son, Brother, Grandson, Uncle, Nephew, Age 35 of Forest Lake, left us unexpectedly on Monday, October 11, 2010. Jeremiah graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1994. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mike and Jane Tate. He is survived by his loving parents, Mike and Candace Tate; brother, Justin; sisters, Jess (Lee) Erickson, Jill (Rich) Fairbanks; nieces and nephews, Morgan, Ava, Waylon, Taylor; grandparents, Larry and Sis Rabel; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, October 15, 2010 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. A time of sharing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Private Graveside Services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Wyoming United Methodist Cemetery.
