Jerry Tuominen

Jerry Ralph Tuominen passed away at Birchwood in Forest Lake, MN on 11/12/2016. He was born in West Allis, WI on 6/21/1928 to parents Sigfried and Myrtle, and had two brothers. Jerry graduated Pulaski High School, Milwaukee, WI in 1946. He attended further education, had a career at Honeywell in Aero Space Division as an Engineer Aid-worked with gyros, space programs such as Apollo, and wrote manuals. Jerry married Marian Carol Olson of Shafer, MN in 1949. They had 3 daughters, lived in Shafer and eventually moved to Forest Lake. Jerry enjoyed family, bow and arrow hunting, fishing, and writing. He loved going to family member's sports and events. Jerry enjoyed his heritage-traveled to Europe several times, was a long time member of Ki-Chi-Saga club. He is very beloved by his spouse, family and will be greatly missed.
