Jesse Koutek

Jesse Gene (Armstrong) Koutek, age 46, of Wells, formerly of St. Paul. Passed away on November 21, 2015. He was born November 10, 1969 to Eugene and Constance (Boeckman) Koutek in St. Paul, Minnesota. Preceded in death by father, Eugene; grandparents, Alice Kreager, George Koutek. He is survived by his children, Zachary Scrivner, Michael Scrivner, and Jessica Colby; 3 grandchildren; mother, Connie Koutek; sister, Robin Bielejeski; brothers, Charlie, Stephen and Benjamin Koutek; and nieces. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m.,-12:00 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2015 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
