John D. Geraghty

John D. Geraghty, age 81 of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.  He is preceded in death by his parent, John Willard and Rhoda Esther (Vogelensang) Geraghty; daughter, Melissa M. Geraghty; sisters, Mary Vandenboom, Michelle Geraghty-Burns.  He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Kathy A. (Miller) Geraghty; children, Michael J. Geraghty, Pamela M. (Stephen) Volkenant, Dawn M. Geraghty; several grandchildren, great grandchildren; siblings, Daniel T. Geraghty, Timothy M. (Pam) Geraghty, Patricia K. (Gary) Dahl; nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  A light reception will follow.  Memorials may be directed to the family.  At the family request, please no sharing to social media.
