Joseph Hohenauer,age 85, of Wyoming, died September. 2, 2007 in his home.

Preceded in death by brothers, Wilhelm, Fritz, George, Leo; sisters, Rose and Sophie.

Survived by his wife of 58 years, Helen; children, David (January), Susan (Barry) Johnson, Ann (Dan) Nelson; grandchildren, Carolynn (Joe) Hammer, Melinda Hohenauer (fiance, Jamie Leos), Kendra Johnson, Jennifer Nelson; great grandchildren, Alyssa, Corrin, and Brooke; and brother, Robert (Ruby).

Joe was in the US Navy during WWII, serving aboard the USS North Carolina, and was a recreational pilot after the service.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am, Friday, September. 7, 2007 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 6:30-9:00 PM , Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
